He is survived by: his wife Sheri (Pelz); his children, Ronda Richardson (Tom) of Avoca, Chad Fagervik of Ankeny, Daniel Fagervik (Kimn) of Fremont, NE, Angie Fagervik-Chia of Des Moines and Eric Fagervik (Tracie) of Blairsburg; his grandchildren, Andrew (Anna), Kalli (Keith), Alexandra (Jim), Cole, Kyle, Sam, Cooper and Iva; his stepgrandchildren, Breana, Janell and Kylie; his great grandchildren, Harrison and Violet; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Liam, Arabella, Rowen and Adrian.
