He was predeceased by: his parents, Hardin Sinclair and Estle Sinclair; and his stepson Christian Michael Holt. He is survived by: his wife Diane Sinclair (Jaques); his children, Roger Sinclair (Sherry), Rita Foley (Michael) and Lauri Struve; his grandchildren, Matthew, Michael, Amanda Sinclair, B. J. and Tyler Stokesbary (Melissa); his great grandchildren, Abigail, Bryanna Tobey, Chloe Glenn, Kaylee and Harley Sinclair; and his sisters, Loris Hooks and Carol Sue Chapman (Charles). He is also survived by his parents, five sisters and one brother.
Bobbie Jay (Bob) Sinclair died at MGMC on 10/20/20 due to Covid - not due to complications from Covid - but Covid.
