It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Brobston (Birmingham, Iowa), born in Fairfield, Iowa, who passed away on August 8, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Merle and Evelyn Brobston (Overholser); and his brothers, Dickie Lee, Jim (Marie) and Don.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Anne Fleming of Franklin, TN; his children, Kimberly Newlon of Hamilton, IL and Sean Brobston of Franklin, TN; his children-in-law, Neil Newlon and Danielle Brobston; his grandchildren, Brianna Newlon, Megan Nott (Brandon), Jonathan Newlon, Zachary Brobston, Grace Newlon and Ethan Brobston; his brother Tom Brobston (Karen) of Gerlaw, IL; and his sister-in-law Judy Brobston of Libertyville, IA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
