He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Jr. Shuffler and Betty Liles Shuffler; his stepson Robert McCarty; his stepgrandson Jackson McCarty; his siblings, Tim, Leonard Jr. and Sandra; and his stepson Ricky McCarty (Sierra) of Fairfield, IA.
He is survived by: his former wife Gina Robinson; his wife Dovie Cook of Birmingham, IA; his daughter Tina Hulen (Michael) of Black Rock, AR; his stepson Richard; and his siblings, David and Laura Shuffler. He is also survived by several grandchildren and many extended family and friends.
