She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Jones and Vivian Jones; and her sons, Dana Scott and Morris Hugh Shaw Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Morris Hugh Shaw Sr. of Birmingham, Iowa; her grandchildren, Jonathan Shaw of Chicago, Illinois and Jennifer Garcia (Paul) of Parker, Colorado; her brother Max Jones (Linda) of Blakesburg, Iowa; and her great grandchildren, Evan and Ariana of Colorado.
