She was predeceased by: her parents, John Swartout and Zoe Gilbert Swartout; her son Rex Hootman Jr.; her sister Mary Nelle Haessig; and her daughter-in-law Tamara Hootman (Roxie Fulton).
She is survived by: her former husband Rex Hootman Sr.; her daughter Julia Cass (Danny) of Birmingham, IA; her grandchildren, Nathan Cass (Amber) of Fairfield, IA and Sara Jones (Cody) of Birmingham, IA; her great grandchildren, Ethan and Emma Cass; and her nieces, Barb Duffie (Lenus) and Debbie Schaffer (Pat).
Memorial contributions in Onalee's honor may be directed to the Kilbourne Cemetery.
