She is survived by: her sister Phyllis; her former husband Neil Simmons; her husband Dan; her children, Josh LaMaack (Kristin) and McKenna McGarvey; her grandchildren, Kaelen and Prudence LaMaack; her siblings, Dennis LaMaack (Martha), Brent LaMaack, Diane Covington, Shirley Wilkins (Bob) and Caryl Cole (Ray); her brother-in-law Neil Simmons; and also Chuck Dierickx. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Our Savior Lutheran Church or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
