He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clyde Houseal and Pearl Houseal (Meeker); his former wife Betty Wemmer of Davenport; his wife Eloise Lange (Henninger); his family Easter; his children, Timothy Houseal (Kathy) of Hattiesburg, MS, Thomas Houseal (Lucy) of Vicksburg, MS, Nanette Martin (Leland) of Orion, IL, Jennifer Dryoel of Milan, IL and Gwen Aleksiejczyk (Rich); his stepdaughters, Janet Lange and Karen Berneking (Doug); and his sisters, Evelyn Cook and Mary Lou Hedberg of Lexington, KY.

Memorials may go to the church or to Genesis Hospice.
