Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Sharon Kay Owen of Bettendorf, Iowa, born in Moline, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 84, on January 3, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Devinney and Marjorie Devinney (Wainwright); and her brothers, Jack and Denny Devinney. She is survived by: her former husband Jack Milam; her husband Bill Owen of Bettendorf; her children, Mike Milam (Gina) of LeClaire, IA and Kari Milam (Rhonda Duede-Milam) of East Peoria, IL; her stepdaughter Laura (Scott); and her grandchildren, Grant Milam, Carter Milam, Lindsay Chaplin, Clayton Chaplin, Joe Chaplin, Trevor Chaplin, Rachel Brown (Zack), Emily Owen, Sarah Owen, William Owen III, Natalie McElmeel, Josey Farrell, Olivia Farrell and Tommy Farrell.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran Church.
