It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah J Mesick of Bettendorf, Iowa, born in Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on March 18, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother-in-law Dr. Roi Shafer. She is survived by: her parents, Edward Mesick and Patricia Mesick (McCall); her siblings, Chuck Mesick (Sheila), Jeff Mesick (Stephanie), Martha Shafer, Tim Mesick (Gloria) and Becky Mesick; her nieces and nephews, Jen, Lauren, Stella, Preston, Spencer, Patrick and Ross; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ben, Will, Eden, Emerson, Elijah, Roi, Giovanni, Liam and Ursula.

Memorials may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

“Our sincere sympathy to the Mesick family. We were neighbors for years. Sara babysat our kids when they were little. If Sara couldn't come, Tim or Becky could come. They were always willing to help. We were pleased when Sara became a chiropractor and used her services many times. Sara was always cheerful and we would talk about the younger years. RIP dear Sara. Tom and Gail Olsen and family.”
