He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Werderman and Ethel Werderman Sr. (Hugunin). He is survived by: his wife Marie D. Sidlinger; his children, Julie Christner (Randy) of LeClaire and Jeffrey Werderman of Waterloo, Iowa; his grandchildren, Jared Christner (Megan) and Chase Werderman; his great grandchildren, Harper and Kinsley Christner; and his siblings-in-law, Don, Carol Sidlinger of LeClaire, Mary and Lynn Tittsworth of Maryville, Tennessee..

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Our Savior Presbyterian Church or the Clarissa Cook Hospice House.
