She is survived by: her daughter Cathy; her son-in-law Dean Sams of Davenport; her grandchildren, Courtney Carlson (Zach) of LeClaire and Mitchell Sams of Davenport; her great grandchild Keaten Sams of LeClaire; and her siblings, Cathy Heltemes of Minneapolis, MN, Charlene Pauli of St. Paul, MN and Glenn Pauli of Chicago.
