With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald R. Simmering of Bettendorf, Iowa, born in Washington, Iowa, who passed away on March 1, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Simmering and Edith Simmering (Miller); his brothers, Larry and Ed Simmering; and his wife Teri Simmering.

He is survived by: his pet Rusty; his children, Melissa Simmering and Mike Simmering (Nicole); his stepsons, Jamie and David Dies; his grandchildren, Nic Armetta, River, Ryder Simmering and Olivia Dies; his brother Don Simmering (Cindy Simmering); and his friends, Jeanne Nakumara and Shawn Walden.
