He is survived by: his parents, Robert Lowder III (Mandi) of Bettendorf and Nichol Fogle (Defrates) of Hannibal, MO; his girlfriend Lauren Steinhart; his sisters, Kaitlyn Lowder (Cayton Wallace) and Adrianna Lowder; his siblings, Shelby Nicholas (Christopher) of Moline, Leah Fogle of Pittsburg, KS, Brandon Fogle of Davenport and Joe Fogle of Hannibal; his grandparents, Jerry DeFrates (Mary) of Bettendorf and Linda Lowder of Bettendorf; his great-grandparents, Barbara McCullough of Bettendorf and Hilda Murphy of Canton, IL; and also Declan of Bettendorf.
