Mulvania (Bettendorf, Iowa), born in Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on January 28, 2024, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brothers, Ken and Ron. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Lively; his pets, Rosy and Foxy; his children, Megan Cervantes (David) of Ft. Myers, Matt Mulvania (Amanda) of Melbourne and Barry Mulvania (Genni) of Davenport; his grandchildren, Madison, Lola, Cole, Max, Jett and Lilly; and his sisters, Shirley Harris (Fred) of Bettendorf, Joyce Martzhan (Gene) of LeClaire and Donna Paarman of Wheatland, Iowa.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, the Scott County Humane Society or First Presbyterian Church of LeClaire.
