With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul G. Starr of Bettendorf, Iowa, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on September 23, 2022 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Starr and Dorothy Starr (Thomson). He is survived by: his wife Trudy Arp; his children, Elizabeth Marie Starr of Iowa City, Samuel Paul Starr of Buena Vista, John Paul Starr of Bettendorf and Joseph Michael Starr (Kat Kaye) of Platteville, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Samuel, Levi and Emily Belle; and his siblings, Gail Stout (Kerry) of LeClaire, Donna Karr (John) of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, James Starr (Mary) of Rock Falls, Thomas Starr (Cindy) of Rock Falls, Larry Starr (Jane) of Maryville and Richard Starr.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Lourdes Cub Scout Troop 199, the Boy Scout Troop 199, or any veterans organizations of your choice.
