She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank A. Oberle and Mary Oberle (Vandemore); her husband John F. Grothus; her sons, John F. Grothus, Jr. and Robert Anthony; and her siblings, Arnold, Irvin Oberle, Dominican and Marie Cecile.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Grum (Robert) of Lake Geneva, WI, Timothy A. Grothus, Steven T. Grothus (Mariellen), Dominic J. "Nick" Grothus, Daniel E. Grothus of Apopka, FL and Matt Grothus (Denise); and her daughter-in-law Loni Grothus.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to OLOL Educational Fund or Catholic Service Board.
