He is survived by: his wife Jan Motto; his sister Patricia; his children, Kathleen Tandy (Brendan Hanks) of Iowa City and Michael Tandy (Jill Tandy) of Davenport; his granddaughters, Norah and Evelyn Tandy; and his pet Lotti. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
