It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael J. Seibel of Bettendorf, Iowa, born in Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on February 29, 2024, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his stepfathers, Glen Eaton II and Harold Cutkomp; his grandparents, Cecil and Margaret Seibel; his uncle Bruce Seibel; and his great-uncle Raymond Seibel.

He is survived by: his parents, James Felton (Rhonda) of Missouri and Barbara Cutkomp of Davenport; his sons, Matthew Seibel of Davenport and Brandon Beaver (Brittney) of Ames, Iowa; and his siblings, Harold Cutkomp Jr. of Horizon City, Brandon Cutkomp (Dawn) of Palm Coast, Jennifer Foley (Samuel) of Davenport, Christopher Cutkomp (Krystal) of Horizon City, Desiree Cutkomp of Davenport, Glen Eaton III of Davenport, Melody Felton of Davenport and James Felton of Missouri.
