He is survived by: his children, Shonda Gonzalez (Joe) of San Antonio, Melody West of Bettendorf and Ryan Skalla (Janet) of Davenport; his grandchildren, Dylen, Hannah, Thea, Abi, Livia, Regina, Degan and Canten; his great grandchildren, Elijah, George and Sawyer; and his siblings, Teresa Jones of Ackworth, RoseMary Thompson (Mark) of Ames, Karen Caraher (Mark), Glidden, Daniel Skalla (Lynn) of East Moline and Dennis Skalla of Pueblo, CO. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
