He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Reber and Anna Reber (Boettcher); and his siblings, JoAnn, Byron and Bob.
He is survived by: his wife Judith LaGrange; his children, Laura Grimes (Greg) of Rochester, Jamie Smart (Jim) of Boulder and Matthew Reber (Jamie) of Waukesha, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Jessica, Julia, Evan, Emma and Kevin; and his great grandchild Mackenzie.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Trinity Lutheran Church.
