She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Stahle and Ethel Stahle (Umbdenstock) of Solon, Iowa.; her husband George "Bob" Mackin; and her siblings, Jerry, Delores and Carol.

She is survived by: her great grandchild Idella; her children, Jackie Baumgard (Brad) of Okabena, Steve Mackin (Linda) of Bellevue, Mark Mackin and Greg Mackin of Vail, Arizona; her grandchildren, Emily Baumgard of Denver, Molly (Kevin Hoeger) and Logan Mackin of Bellevue, Washington; her great grandchild Elizabeth Hoeger of Burnsville, Minnesota; and her sisters, Ethel Kay Howard of Bettendorf and Janet Sue Wendhausen of LeClaire, Iowa..
