O'Toole Sr. of Bettendorf, Iowa, born in Dubuque, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 19, 2024 at the age of 87. He was predeceased by: his parents, William O'Toole and Rosina O'Toole (Schmidt); his former wife Theresa Kloppenborg; his wife Lynne Border (Johnson); and his son John.

He is survived by: his children, Loras O'Toole Jr. (Kathy Brewer) of Bozeman, MT, Toole of Johnston, IA and Kristi Moody (Troy Stanga) of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchildren, Sean O'Toole (Melissa), Ryan O'Toole, Nathan O'Toole, Heather Medina (Chris), Michael O'Toole, Megen O'Toole (Zachary Brown), Kaitlyn O'Toole, Jasmine Brewer and Wil Moody; his great grandchildren, Rylynn, Brayden, Whitney, Keegan, Thomas, Brooklyn and Logan; and his siblings, Dennis O'Toole (Karen) of Indianapolis, Diane Keefe (Tom) of Windsor, CO and William O'Toole (Linda) of Davenport.

Memorials may be made to St. John Vianney Catholic Church.
