She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Orr and Mary Orr (Huntley); her husband Joseph Carrillo; her daughter Shawn Carrillo-Jewel; her close friend Ronnie Lehman; and her half-sister Betty Staffeldt.
She is survived by: her daughter Dawn Carrillo-Downs (Jerry) of Eldridge; and her great grandchild Kris Hill.
