With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen Kulaga of Bettendorf, Iowa, born in Princeville, Illinois, who passed away on July 1, 2021 at the age of 93. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kathleen Kulaga to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Leo and Pearl Callery (Ross); her husband Thadeus "Ted" Kulaga; her grandson Conner; and her siblings, Dorothy McMullen, Mary Witting, Bernice Grownewald and Joe Callery.

She is survived by: her children, Jim Kulaga (Debi) of Carmel, Eileen Thomson of Littleton, Tom Kulaga of Albuquerque, Joe Kulaga of San Jose, Bob Kulaga (Dawn) of Marion and Mary Ann Arnott (Shane) of Stevensville, Montana; and her brother Gene Callery of Dunlap, Illinois.. She is also survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Memorials may be made to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.

“Hello family, my mom and dad (Ken and Joyce Pearson) were great friends with Ted and Kate. I was just with my dad for a week and I asked my dad if he has talked to Kate. I called Kate after my mom passed a couple times to say hello. She sounded great. I probably called her last in May 2021. Well, I am do sorry to hear. My mom and dad so loved your parents. I first met them in Starved Rock at the get together with the Vivonas too. Take care, daughter Jill”
