Judy Stephens Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judy Stephens of Bettendorf, Iowa, who passed away on February 23, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur "Art" Schmidt and Elizabeth "Betty" Schmidt (Plambeck); her in-laws, Harold and Lucile Stephens; her sister Kathy Cirillo; and her great grandchild Brantley Walsh.
She is survived by: her husband Steve Stephens; her children, Mike Stephens (Judy Trovrea) of Davenport, Dr. Scott Stephens (Oksana) of Queensland and Lori Boylan (Bob) of New Mexico; her grandchildren, Tami Gilyani (Mike) of Milwaukee, Tony Stephens (Amber) of Davenport, Chase Stephens of North Carolina, Jake, Jade Boylan of New Mexico and Vladislav Stephens of Australia; her great grandchildren, Greyson, Emery, Steele and Gunner; and her sister-in-law Judy Radloff (Jack).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home (614 Main St, Davenport, IA 52803).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's or Stead Family Children's Hospital.
