It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine Ales of Bettendorf, Iowa, born in Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on December 13, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Henry Arp and Lily Arp; her husband Robert E. Ales; and her sisters, Sue Wagschal (Don) of Davenport and Beverly Perfilio of Clarks Summit, PA.
