He is survived by: his parents, Mary Jane (Zachary Holmlund) and Nick Hoffman of Austin, TX; his siblings, Jillian Holmlund of Bettendorf, IA, Tyler Holmlund of Bettendorf, IA and Cole Hoffman of Tiffin, IA; and his grandparents, George, Toni Hallas of Bettendorf, IA, Jim, Jonell Hoffman of Coal Valley, IL, Dan, Kris Robinson of Bettendorf, IA and Scott Holmlund of Bettendorf, IA. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to disperse to causes meaningful to Jakob.
