He was predeceased by: his parents, Fuget Garrison and Mamie Garrison (Moore); and his sister Bonnie Newman. He is survived by: his wife Lillian Lowery; his daughter Donna Dudley of LeClaire; his granddaughters, Carrie Helmle (Doug) of Davenport and Mollie Lighthall (Robert) of Elgin; and his great grandchildren, Evvy Helmle of Davenport and Joshua Lighthall of Elgin, Oklahoma..
