He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Coss and Olive Coss (Conklin); his wife Carla M. Mordhorst; his son Gordon Coss; and his siblings, Goldie Chandler, Dorothy Ericksen, Evelyn Farris, Maxine Duncan, Phyllis Coss, Stuart Coss, Lewis Coss, Albert Coss, Larry Coss, Robert Coss and Kenneth Coss.
He is survived by: his daughters, Gayla Cook (Jesse) of Rock Island and Candy Thomas (Todd) of Lamoni, Iowa; and his sister Helen Sanbdman of Westminster, CA.. He is also survived by three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
