He was predeceased by : his parents, Antonio Solis and Narcissa Solis (Quijas); his siblings, Anthony, Rita and Ann; and his grandson Elian.
He is survived by : his children, Stefan (Mexico), Thomas (California), Gabriel Jr. (Arkansas), Sabrina, David McCracken (Bettendorf), Quentin and Shelly (Michigan); his grandchildren, Rachel, Audrey, Nicci, Sophia, Lydia Elliott, Violet, Miles, Tawny, Toi, Sabrina, Levi and Dustin; his siblings, Robert, John, Frank and Kathryn; and his close friend Maxine Schroeder.
Gabe and Mary performed folk music, singing, and playing guitar in local coffee shops, jazz clubs, churches, weddings, and various charity events from 1957-1976. Memorials may be made to the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf IA.
