He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sidney Folland and Shirley Folland (Toney) of Davenport; his wife Dawn Bryant of LeClaire; his children, DJ Folland (Emma) of Bettendorf, David Folland of Silvis and Ashley Sebert (Chris) of Cordova, Illinois; his grandchildren, Lucas and Annabelle Folland; his siblings, Albert Folland (Linda) of Grand Mound, Sidney Folland Jr. (Diane) of Maysville and Sandy Folland (Allan Goarcke) of Donahue, Iowa; his mother-in-law Darlene Bryant of Davenport; his pet Duke; and his grandparents, John and Ione Toney.
