He is survived by: his mother Kathleen McGinn; his spouse Alexis O'Callaghan; his sons, David Isaac and Shawn Michael; his stepfather Monty Mitchell of Bettendorf; his brother Hunter Spreen (Rollie); his father-in-law Shawn O'Callaghan; his stepbrother Tyler Mitchell; and his niece Ava Chesney.
