He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Richlen and Bette Richlen (Mueller); and his parents-in-law, Robert and Katie McCluskey. He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. McCluskey of Bettendorf; his children, Don (Kathleen) of Bettendorf and Lisa (Jeff) of Eldridge; his grandchildren, Randon, Kelcie, Rihlen, Mitchell and Reyli; his stepdaughters, Ann (John) of Davenport and Lea of Davenport; his stepgrandchildren, Alexandria, TJ and Daniel; and his sister Beth Ellen.
