She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Speltz and Shirley Rock Speltz (Rochnowski); and her siblings, Tim and Ann Marie. She is survived by: her husband Dean; and her children, Brian Gipp (Carol McGrath) and Julia Galvan (Andrew) of Davenport. She is also survived by 2 brothers; 5 sisters; many nieces and nephews.
