He is survived by: his children, Tracy Streets of Bettendorf, IA, Cathy Vogel (Marc) of Le Claire, IA, David Smith of Rock Island, IL and Doug Smith (Deb Bazer) of Rock Island, IL; and his sister Juanita Sanders. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
