He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. Laws and Vivian Laws (Strong); and his brother Alan. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Shadrick; his sons, Christian Shadrick (Emily) of Kewanee and Jason Tague of LeClaire; his sister Donna Anger of Galena, Illinois; his grandchildren, Amanda, Anthony, Christian, Alexis and Alyssa; and his great grandchild Wyatt.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home (644 River Dr, Bettendorf, IA 52722). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 9:30 AM and from 10:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the Rock Island National Cemetery.
