He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Shadrick; his sons, Christian Shadrick (Emily) of Kewanee and Jason Tague of LeClaire; his sister Donna Anger of Galena, Illinois; his grandchildren, Amanda, Anthony, Christian, Alexis and Alyssa; and his great grandchild Wyatt.

Memorials may be directed to the Kewanee American Legion.
