He was predeceased by: his parents, Merwin and Jeanette Hoerle; and his sister Betty McArdle. He is survived by: his wife Donna Hagvall; his children, Diana Crysler (Matt) of Parker, CO and John Kuykendall (Manisha) of Ankeny; and his grandchildren, Mason, Brennan, Owen, Evelyn Crysler and Jamin Kuykendall.
