It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlene Paper of Bettendorf, Iowa, born in Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on October 28, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Specht and Marie Specht (Day); and her sister Lori Laures. She is survived by: her son Derek Paper (Carrie) of Blair, Nebraska; her grandchildren, Charlie, Ellie, Lilah and Sadie; and her brother Philip Specht (Judy) of Davenport.
