He is survived by: his mother Yolanda Gartner-Miller (Serrano); his siblings, Gabriel Serrano, Jose Ramos and Katie Serrano; and his aunts and uncles, Joe Hernandez (Laurie), Scott Serrano (Cheryl), Amanda Serrano, Chip Serrano and Renee Gartner Hull.
