She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Yankolowitz and Betty Yankolowitz; her husband Stan Summers; her son Steve Summers; and her brother Sheldon Yankolowitz.

She is survived by: her sons, Bruce Summers (Chris) and Jeff Summers (Debbie); her grandsons, Statton Summers (Bonnie), Harrison Summers (Brittany Johnson) and Scott Summers; her great grandchildren, Wesley Summers and Mira Summers; her sister Sybil Chernin; and her daughter-in-law Connie Summers.

In lieu of flowers, Bea requested that donations be made to Temple Emanuel 2215 East Kimberly Road Davenport, IA 52807 or Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House.
