We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2022, at the age of 73, Barbara Esther Olson of Bettendorf, Iowa, born in Geneseo, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Olson and Dorothy Olson (Stewart). She is survived by: her siblings, Joann Munson of Kirkwood, MO and Pat Murphy (MaryAnn) of Surprise, AZ; her daughters, Christine Zimmerman (Kurt) of Bettendorf, IA and Abigail Souder of Iowa City, IA; and her grandchildren, Cameron and Kaitlin Zimmerman.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National Leiomyosarcoma Foundation where a tribute will be established in Barb's honor (NLMSF.org) and the River Bend Food Bank, Davenport.
