He is survived by: his wife Janice Irene Helmold; his children, Mary Ann Slach (Cecil), Sandra Lee Eiselstein (Gene) and Douglas Wright (Anita); his grandchildren, Courtney Hansen (Micky), Stephanie Fry (Darren), Chelsea Puls, Tiffany Eiselstein, Kaitlin Eiselstein and Joshua Wright (Rebecca); and his great grandchild Lexi Fry.
