He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Thompson and Priscilla Thompson (Sherburne); and his brothers, Davis and Brian Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Janet Thompson of Belmond; his children, Kristen Moon (Rick) of Eden Prairie, MN, Kayla Richards (Derek) of Waukee, IA and Lynnette Borsheim (Rory) of Decorah, IA; his grandchildren, Dahlynne, Blake Borsheim and Remi Richards; and his sisters-in-law, Deb Roske and Dawn Erickson (Junior). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
