She is survived by: her former husband Robert Jacobs; her daughters, Christina Noah (Chris) of Belmond and Crystal Jacobs of Alexander; her grandchildren, MaKayla Noah, Jacob Noah, Erik Cruz Carmona and Tyler Cruz Carmona; her sisters, Debra Conrad (Dennis) of Little Cedar and Donna Hanson (Ray) of Little Cedar; and her nephews, Lonnie Conrad, Michael Hanson and Jason Hanson.
