He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Rieck and Gertrude Rieck. He is survived by: his daughter Robin Morris (Philip); his grandchildren, Amanda and Jeffrey; and his sisters, Gwen Rieck and Marilyn Warwick. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
