He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Kuper and Katherine Kuper (Kuhlman); his wife Ruth E. Kruel; his son William "Bill" Kuper (Maria); his grandsons, John Kuper and Victor Kuper (Markel); and his sister Wilhelmina Rieckens (John). He was also cherished by his parents; his wife.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Victors memory.
