He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Koppes (Roeder); his parents-in-law, Eldon and Madonna Oster; and his grandmother Olivia Roeder. He is survived by: his father Gerald Koppes; his granddaughter Maeson; his wife Sandy Oster; his sons, Adam Koppes (Oliva) and Casey Koppes (Layli); his brother Terry Koppes (Joyce); and his brother-in-law Randy Oster. He is also survived by his wife and son's.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Todd's memory.
