He is survived by: his spouse Janice; his son Rod Watters (Chris) of Asbury; his grandchildren, Nick and Sierra; and his siblings, Loras Watters (Karen), Sandy Scheckel (Dennis), Jim Watters (Carol), Chuck Watters (Sherry), Barb Ginter (Clark), Ann Duehr, Mary Kubik (Ray), Joe Daugherty (Janell), George Daugherty (Winnie), Molly Ploessl (Bob), Shelia Clasen (Steve), Mike Daugherty (Michelle) and Dan Daugherty. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Roger's memory.
