He is survived by: his children, LeeAnn Mazur (Stephen) and Jon Putman (Jackie Williamson); his grandchildren, Chelsea Orton, Gage Orton and Caeleb Putman; his siblings, Dori Timmerman (Jim), Gayle Daniels (Dale) and Gloria Sheff (Delos); his sister-in-law Pauline Putman; and his cousins, Yolanda (Doug), Tony and Kayla.
